31. The Controller

Mark Andrew Johnson

31. The Controller

Our body is a complex instrument controlled by a spongy brain

When told what to do it acts like a carriage being pulled by a train

If communication was to break down the system would come to a halt

That's why we must take care of it and guard it like money in a vault

If you think about it, our brains are our natural computers. They tell our bodies what to do and when to do it. Even though each part of our bodies works independently of each other, they must work in unison as a team. I might be wrong about this, but apart from the brain, every other organ or limb can be transplanted to another person. The brain on the other hand is unique, special, untouchable or as I would say, perfection!

Scientists and doctors have speculated about could an actual brain transplant ever be achieved, but I think they have all concluded that it is impossible. It is beyond their capabilities both now and in the future.

I believe it is beyond their comprehension because the brain is individual to that person. It defines their personality, spirit and soul. It’s what makes us who we are, so that I will always be me, and you will always be you.
